A day improvement platform

When New Stand set out to reinvent everyday retail and workplace experiences, Kitspace helped them build a system to scale it.
Over a three-year partnership, Kitspace collaborated with New Stand to create a modular design and deployment platform a flexible kit of fixtures, displays, and workplace modules that could be rolled out to any site with speed, precision, and brand consistency.

New Stand’s early expansion had relied on one-off custom builds, which proved too slow and costly for their rapid growth ambitions.
Kitspace introduced productized design thinking: breaking down each physical environment into standardized, reconfigurable components that could be manufactured in batches, stored efficiently, and assembled on-site in hours rather than weeks.
From prototyping through installation, Kitspace managed every stage of delivery designing modular displays that fold flat for transport, developing adaptable workplace systems, and orchestrating a logistics process that made new-site deployment almost plug-and-play.

The result was a repeatable formula that let New Stand expand across airports, campuses, and offices while maintaining its signature look and quality.
The collaboration became a case study in how modular design and manufacturing can translate brand experience into a scalable operational system one that ultimately helped pave the way for New Stand’s acquisition by Brookfield Properties & CBRE.
