Commanding a defining corner of Coal Harbour, Cardero stands as a bold architectural statement at the gateway to downtown Vancouver. Developed through a joint venture between Bosa Properties and Arpeg Group, and designed by Henriquez Partners Architects, the 26-storey tower pairs sculptural design with refined livability.

Cardero’s distinctive origami-like façade of angled white steel screens was inspired by the area’s nautical context. The deeply folded geometry not only defines its visual identity but also provides practical benefits—reducing solar heat gain while preserving privacy and maximizing views.

Inside, the tower’s 119 residences feature bespoke Italian kitchens, carefully detailed millwork, and contemporary finishes that reflect Kitspace’s commitment to precision-built interiors. Amenities such as a fully equipped Technogym fitness center, concierge service, and elegantly proportioned common areas elevate the experience to a boutique standard.

The building’s LEED Gold certification underscores its environmental performance, while international recognition—including the 2022 Grand Prix du Design’s Grand Prix for Architecture—positions Cardero among Vancouver’s most celebrated new landmarks.

Balancing art, technology, and craftsmanship, Cardero embodies the next generation of urban architecture: thoughtful, efficient, and enduringly beautiful.
