Designed by OMB Architects, FORM is an 11-storey mid-rise of concrete construction, anchored by two- and three-level townhomes and a curated retail unit at street level. The architecture is deliberately restrained: a composition of large-format materials, crafted details, and a rhythmic façade that blends seamlessly into its surroundings.

Inside, every residence expresses understated refinement. Wide-plank hardwood flooring, terrazzo-inspired porcelain, and Italian millwork define spaces built to last. Oversized entry doors, custom vanities by Laufen Bespoke, and Bertazzoni kitchen appliances reflect an attention to proportion and quality that elevates daily living into an act of quiet luxury.
