At the intersection of work, wellness, and community, And-Co redefines what a workplace can be. Located in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour, this 37,000-square-foot destination for creators, entrepreneurs, and established teams embodies a hospitality-first approach to workspace design — an environment where architecture, culture, and technology come together to inspire meaningful work.

Kitspace played a strategic role from the project’s inception, helping Arpeg Group reimagine the podium levels of 620 Cardero Street as a flexible, amenity-rich ecosystem. Collaborating with BVN Architecture, the team developed a holistic workplace vision that integrates modular systems, high-performance interiors, and global design standards. The result is a space that feels as considered as a boutique hotel — complete with yoga and wellness studios, art-filled event spaces, and the acclaimed restaurant Nox, anchoring the social heart of the community.

And-Co’s design and operations are guided by four key values:

  • Innovation — Smart systems and seamless digital tools create an adaptive, tech-forward workplace.

  • Trust — Transparent, member-focused relationships foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.

  • Sustainability — WELL Certified™ Platinum design integrates energy efficiency, natural materials, and sustainable operations.

  • Excellence — Every detail, from interior craftsmanship to service quality, is designed to exceed expectations.

Through Kitspace’s modular fabrication expertise, many of And-Co’s custom components were prefabricated off-site, ensuring precision, efficiency, and the ability to adapt as member needs evolve.

More than a coworking space, And-Co is a living model for how innovation, design, and community can coexist — a new benchmark for human-centered workplaces in Vancouver and beyond.
