Raphael

At the meeting point of Point Grey, Kitsilano, and Dunbar, Raphael brings European sophistication to Vancouver’s West Side. Developed by Landa Global Properties and designed by Rafii Architects, this limited collection of 35 residences combines traditional artistry with modern refinement — an architectural statement both timeless and contemporary.
The building’s striking marble façade immediately sets it apart — a sculptural composition of clean lines and rich materials that evokes classical European design while embracing the natural light and landscape of the Pacific Northwest. Inside, Ste. Marie Design Studio extends this language into a series of interiors that balance softness, precision, and a quiet sense of luxury.
Homes feature spacious, flowing layouts designed for both living and entertaining, with bespoke finishes that include stone, wood, and metal detailing selected for longevity and elegance. Expansive glazing connects interiors to terraces and tree-lined streets, grounding the building in its West 10th Avenue context.
More than a residence, Raphael is a work of art in form and function — a landmark that unites architecture, craft, and culture in one of Vancouver’s most storied neighbourhoods.
