In 2017, LiquidSpace, the world’s leading marketplace for flexible workspace, partnered with Kitspace to bring its digital vision into the physical realm — creating a rapid-deployment system for fully functional, enterprise-grade workplaces.

Having secured an enterprise pilot with Salesforce, LiquidSpace needed a way to fit out new offices in regional markets without the cost, delay, and rigidity of conventional construction. Kitspace worked alongside BVN Architecture to design a modular kit-of-parts system that could be installed within any warm-shell space — meeting all performance, technology, and acoustic standards required by high-performance teams, while remaining fully demountable and reconfigurable.

The result was a construction-free workplace solution that allowed Salesforce to flex team size and location dynamically across North America. Kitspace’s prefabricated systems were deployed first in Boston and Dallas, delivering complete, brand-aligned environments in a fraction of the time of traditional build-outs.

This collaboration marked one of the earliest real-world demonstrations of “kitted fit-out” — where digital marketplace logic meets physical manufacturing precision. Together, LiquidSpace, BVN, and Kitspace proved that the future of workplace delivery lies in speed, flexibility, and design-for-reassembly — a blueprint for the hybrid work era that followed.
